The following Rules and
Regulations are to be followed.
• This event is exclusively for
first year under graduate students.
• All the abstracts should be submitted on or
before the dead line.
• Maximum of two members per paper.
• Abstracts should be within a limit of 300
words and the body should consist of 2 columns.
• Each team will be given 10 minutes time;
where in 8 minutes will be for presentation and 2 minutes for queries.
• Decision of the judges will be final and any
appeal against it will NOT be entertained.
• Participants will have to carry their
identity cards without fail.
• No videos, music and animations are allowed
in the paper presentations.
• Any indiscipline during the event by the
participants shall result in disqualification.
