The Avishkar Intra event will
be held on 25th and 26th of January 2016.
The Intra event consists of 2
rounds.
Round 1:
All the participants will be
divided into different rooms based on their topics.
The schedule of the event will
be mailed to participants along with the room they belong to.
Each presentation is of two
phases. (Shall be same in the inter event.)
Phase1: Your Presentation (5 - 8
minutes)
In the 1st phase the participant presents his presentation
to the audience and the judges for a maximum of 8 mins. The participant must
complete all his slides within this specified time. A warning bell at the 7th
min of your presentation will be rung indicating only 1 minute of time is left.
Phase 2: Query session.
In the 2nd phase the participant will face a
query session, where in the judges and audience will ask them questions related
to the topic of their presentation. Therefore, participants are recommended to
be thorough with their topic.
Once a participant’s presentation is done, the
participant must wait in the room till all the other presentations are done.
Round 2:
Round 2 will be held on 26th .
The top teams will be announced on 26th. The top 15 teams re-present their presentations
from which the top five presentations will be chosen as winners.
